At MOBA, every detail matters. We want your experience to be smooth, safe and transparent — from the moment you place your order to the moment you wear your bikini.
General Conditions
We accept exchanges or returns within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
To be eligible, the item must:

Be unused, with no signs of wear, washing or odours

Have the original tag intact

Be returned in its original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Hygiene & Safety
As beachwear items, all our products undergo strict quality and hygiene control.
For this reason, we do not accept exchanges or returns of worn items, even if used for a short period of time.

Exchanges
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the desired item is unavailable, we offer:

Returns & Refunds
Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or financial institution.
Defective Products
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately.
After evaluation, MOBA will arrange an exchange or refund at no additional cost.
