MOBA Swimwear – Returns & Exchange Policy

At MOBA Swimwear, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read our returns and exchanges policy below.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

* Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
* Have all original tags attached.
* Include the hygiene liner intact and unremoved.
* Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, lotions, stains, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the hygiene seal has been removed or if the item shows any signs of use.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour (subject to stock availability).

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mobaswimwear.com with:

* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photographs of the item

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for safely returning the items.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as MOBA Swimwear cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

Sale Items

Items marked as Sale, Outlet, or purchased using promotional discounts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
